ALFALFA
- The traditional sprout we have all grown
to love. It has a sweet, clean, and refreshing taste with exceptional
nutritional benefits. Great on sandwiches and in salads.
BROCCOLI - This
Italian variety was especially grown for us. This high quality
seed grows quickly and produces a sprout with a mildly spicy flavor
and a fresh crisp texture.
RED CLOVER -
Subtle differences distinguish clover from
alfalfa. Red Clover is not as sweet and grows in a lighter shade
of green. Red Clover is known for helping to purify the blood
and create balance and restoration.
SPICY SPRING MIX
- A mix of Alfalfa, Radish, Black Mustard,
and a hint of Fennel. This mix is an old favorite we have grown
for years and has quite a following with our market customers.
UNCLE BEAN'S MIX
- This is a mix of Green and Red Lentils,
Garbanzo, & Green Pea. This bean mix is our old standard -
it's simple and seems to please everyone! It's fun to grow and
fun to eat. AND, some of our market customers take it home for
their birds (they love it too!).
KID'S SPLASH
- A fun mix of Alfalfa, Red Clover, Green
Lentil, French Lentil, and Red Lentil. This mix was developed
especially for the kids (or anyone who's still a kid at heart).
The result is a medley of different textures, sizes and shapes
that keep the kids interested.
MOTHER'S SPECIAL
BREW - Red Clover, Alfalfa, Fenugreek,
and Broccoli. This is an excellent choice (especially for Mothers)
for those in need of a regenerative mix that is extremely healthy
and tastes good too.
SAMURAI SPICE-
This variety of Daikon radish is robust
with a nice radish flavor and a crisp texture. Sprout it alone
or add it to the other seed mixes for added zing!
ALFA-CRUZ -
Alfalfa & Arugula are combined for a
delightful surprise. We think this is a match made in heaven.
Both compliment each other and the result is magnificent.
